DripDrop UK – Shipping Policy

At DripDrop UK, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed the following working day. Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched using Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked Delivery, which typically arrives within two working days from dispatch.

Please note that the 48-hour delivery timeframe is an estimate provided by Royal Mail and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays within the postal network. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the size and weight of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.

Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping information may be delayed, so please double-check your address before completing your purchase. If your parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; additional shipping charges may apply.
